Caliente Cheddar Dip & Cheese Ball Mix
Caliente Cheddar Dip Mix is made of yellow cheddar, two chilies and spices. So simple, but the layers of flavor and heat make it so delicious.
Serve it as Caliente Cheddar Cheese Ball rolled in chopped nuts or crushed Doritos® (pictured). It’s great with beer, very popular with the guys and perfect for parties!
Try it cold with tortilla chips (pictured) or crackers for dipping, or hot with pretzels.

Kicked Up Baked Dip: Add cooked chicken or beef to Caliente Cheddar dip and bake for Hot Chicken Enchilada Dip or Hot Beef Enchilada Dip. See RECIPES for directions for baked Caliente Cheddar Dip.
Stuffed Veggies: Put dollops on sliced red peppers and serve cold (pictured) for Caliente Cheddar Stuffed Peppers, or heat just until cheese browns on peaks for Hot Caliente Cheddar Stuffed Peppers. Add prepared mix to mashed baked potatoes, return potato mixture to skins and heat until peaks are just brown for Twice Baked Caliente Cheddar Stuffed Baked Potatoes or fill only ½” of skins for Caliente Cheddar Potato Skins.
Topping: Use it slathered on hamburgers for Caliente Cheddar Cheeseburgers. Dollop on top of sliced baked potatoes instead of butter and sour cream. It really livens things up.
