Our Madras Dip Mix is a fusion of East Indian and Northern California flavors. When people taste it, they smile and say, "This is just lovely!" Not spicy, but luscious. Vegetarian Dips and Sides: Use this mix to season any vegetable that can be mashed or roasted. Madras Carrot Dip with pita chips and Madres Roasted Mixed Vegetables (beets, sweet potatoes and mushrooms) are both pictured. Great vegetarian choice for your party appetizer.
Hummus Seasoning: It's also beautiful as a seasoning for Madras Hummus and amazing served with fresh veggie dippers (pictured). This is a great option for vegetarian guests at your parties.
Vinaigrette Seasoning: Lovely as a vinaigrette seasoning for vegetable or pasta salads. Madras Orso Pasta Salad is pictured; it’s delightful for casual parties or buffets.
Marinade & Dipping Sauce: Imparts a delicate flavor as a marinade or dipping sauce. Pictured as Chicken with Madras Marinade and Madras Dipping Sauce. Works well with fish too.
Rice Seasoning: Does amazing things for the finished dish when added to the cooking liquid for orzo, couscous or rice pilaf.
