Served in adorable little "tuxedo" chocolate shells (pictured), this mousse is sumptuous enough to finish even the most sophisticated meal. TIP: Look for these and other chocolate shells at specialty food stores around fall and winter holidays, or on line any time. They keep very well as long as they aren't exposed to extreme heat or cold. Add a flute of champagne for a more elegant presentation.
OTHER GREAT WAYS TO USE THIS MOUSSE:Cannoli Filling: Cannolis are traditional crisp Italian pastries made in tube shaped shells with a filling typically made with ricotta cheese. These cannoli shells make a lovely "container" for this luscious mousse. Traditional Orange Chocolate Cannoli are pictured: mini cannoli shells have been filled with mousse and drizzled with chocolate syrup; chopped candied orange pieces dot the open ends for extra garnish.
