Wasabi Lemon Dip Mix
The spiciness of wasabi and the freshness of lemon together are just scrumptious. This mix is zippy, but won't take your breath away.
It’s unbelievable as a dip for sausages like bratwurst or kielbasa (pictured) and delicious just with chips. You’ll be amazed at what it does with fresh veggies (pictured with a mix of chips and veggies). When all three are used, it will seem like a party buffet all by itself!
Serve with seasonal ale or a semi-dry white wine like Riesling to balance the wasabi heat. It’s a lovely and original party appetizer.
MORE DETAILS ON HOW TO SERVE THIS DIP:
Dipping Sauce for Sausages: This is such a great match it deserves more attention. You’ll never want mustard for dipping sausages again once you’ve tasted Wasabi Lemon Sausage Bites (1st picture). Grill sausages and cut into bite size pieces or pan sear pieces until browned. Use kielbasa, bratwurst or your favorite combination of sausages.
Instead of Tarter Sauce: Use it in place of tartar sauce with fish. It’s pictured with a poached salmon appetizer (makes an elegant statement about your party) and also with a dinner featuring baked salmon.
Hummus: Wasabi Lemon Hummus updates chick pea hummus using a flavor fusion. The hummus pictured is made from Edamame, which takes hummus to a whole new level. It’s great with fresh veggies (pictured), pita chip dippers, or falafel chips (pictured). There’s just no other party appetizer like this Asian & Mediterranean fusion of foods and flavors. See RECIPES for directions.
It's delicious however it's used and there's just nothing else like it!
