• White Chocolate Banana Mousse Mix

    Our White Chocolate Banana Mousse Mix is made with Ghiradelli® white chocolate.  It’s as creamy and dreamy as the best banana cream pie you've ever had, with white chocolate mixed in.   So we made White Chocolate Banana Cream Pie in two versions.  First we made it in individual ramekins (pictured).  We used vanilla wafers for the crust, layered bananas on the bottom, then added the mousse & garnished with a few more banana slices.  Then we made mini bowls (pictured) with crumbled vanilla wafers on the bottom, a layer of the mousse and topped with a banana slice.  Who could resist such delicious little bites?

    OTHER DELICIOUS WAYS TO SERVE THIS MOUSSE:

    Cannoli Filling:  White Chocolate Banana Cannoli are just amazing.  Dust cannoli and plate with powdered sugar to garnish (pictured). They're great finger foods, or for sit down occasions, serve on a plate.  See the READY MADE page for places you can buy ready-to-use cannoli shells to make this a quick and easy dessert.

    Easy Elegance:  Serve it in a martini glass and garnish with chocolate curls or seasonal cookies if desired.  It’s pictured with a chocolate pizzelle cookie.  Add a glass of sparkling wine for easy elegance.

    Fruit Topping:  White Chocolate Banana Mousse topping fresh strawberries (pictured) makes a delicious, simple, light dessert. 

    Trifle:  Make a White Chocolate Banana Strawberry Trifle.  Start with crumbled vanilla wafers or pound cake on the bottom, then add a layer of mousse, then sliced bananas, layer on strawberry preserves, more mousse, then a layer of strawberries and top with whipped cream. Slice everything as thin as possible to make individual trifles.  Either way, there won’t be a bite left.

    Fun Dessert:  Make it a fun dessert for the whole family.  Use it for White Chocolate Banana Topped Waffle Bites; garnish with a slice of strawberries if desired.  Fun and makes a beautiful dessert for a buffet.  Make it even more informal; use it as a dip for warm French toast bites.  Spoon mousse into chocolate cups and garnish with slices of strawberries (pictured).
