Soup isn’t always top of mind for Christmas dinner or Christmas party menus, but this quick, easy, comforting food is actually versatile enough to be quite the hit.  Soups with seasonal flavors like Velvety Curried Pumpkin Bisque are naturals for Christmas dinner appetizers.  Others like Caribbean Style Chowder and Crab Lovers Creamy Bisque are perfect for Christmas party buffets.  Family and guests will think you’re inspired in your choice of flavors.

Our soup mixes have vibrant, original flavors.  These flavors are inspired by the cuisines of the Caribbean, Mexico, Morocco and Italy.  They include regional favorites like Moroccan Chicken Stew and seasonal flavors like Sweet & Spicy Pumpkin & Ham Soup.  Only one of our soups includes beans, and Tortellini is used in the only one that includes pasta.  The 10 soups are split evenly between spicy and not spicy. 

They’re easy to prepare and ready to serve in less than 20 minutes.  For most soups, you need to add only a chopped onion, water and the meat.  Packages include everything else you need.  They’re great to have on hand for unexpected company or those days you just need something comforting or quick.  They’re flavors you won’t find elsewhere in mixes, which also makes them great for entertaining.

In two cases we have re-purposed dip mixes for soup bases.  See SOUP RECIPES for how to make amazing soup by just adding ingredients most people have in their pantries or freezers.  Soup made with these mixes will yield 4 main dish servings, and they have no salt added.  The rest of our soup mixes will serve 6-8 and are made with reduced sodium soup bases.
