Dinnerware for Every Occasion

Pottery Barn

Pottery Barn offers five Holiday collections with complete sets, everything from the basics, to serveware, appetizer/dessert plates and even linens.  The first of those are the Nostalgic Christmas collection, on the left in the top row, and Nostalgic Santa, on the right (both stoneware).  Virtually all pieces in each set are usable with each other.  In the middle row are the Silly Stag stoneware collection (left) and porcelain Santa’s Reindeer collection (right).  The third row begins with the Denver Plaid stoneware collection on the left.  The pictures in the middle and right show just the beginning of how pieces in the stoneware sets can be used to create multiple unique sets of dinnerware.

Salad plates from Nostalgic Christmas on the left above and Nostalgic Santa on the right give you a small idea of the offerings available to customize the basic sets.  These plates are sold in sets of four.  Patterns on the salad plates match patterns on dinner plates. In these collections.

Pottery Barn offers additional small collections that include only salad/appetizer/dessert plates in sets of four and a serving platter.  Examples of these collections include the Aspen Plaid set on the top left and the Garland appetizer plates on the top right.  The top middle features one set of the Santa’s Reindeer appetizer plates (picturing Dasher, Dancer, Prancer and Vixen).  There is another set picturing Comet, Cupid, Donner and Blitzen, so if you want them all, you need to buy both sets.  This is also true for dinner plates, cups and dessert plates.

All three plates in the row above are appetizer plates, sold in sets of four.  The porcelain Woody Car and Candy Cane plates also have accompanying mugs, napkins and more, but no serveware.  The plate on the right is part of the Denver Plaid stoneware collection.

On the left above is the porcelain Twelve Days of Christmas salad plates.  These are sold only as a mixed set of twelve.  On the right is Pottery Barn’s Great White traditional glazed porcelain dinnerware.  Pieces are sold individually or in sets of four.  The two make a magnificent combination, especially when set on a gold charger, shown in the picture on the right.

Find all this beautiful dinnerware and more in Pottery Barn stores or online at PB DINNER.

New this year is the Fa La La hand crafted stoneware collection on the left above.  The pieces are finished with reactive glaze, and are sold individually.  On the right are the cheery Mercer’s Snowflake porcelain appetizer plates, sold in sets of 4.

The Woodland Trees stoneware and Snowfall porcelain plates exactly match the serving platters in appearance and are sold individually.  The Woodland Trees pattern is also available in napkins.
