All packages shipped by Lighthouse Creations include insurance for the retail value of the products shipped. If there is damage to the package during shipping, make a note on the delivery receipt. If the product is found damaged or unusable when the package is opened, please contact the shipping service for resolution. This information is usually located on the carrier’s web site. It is a good idea to learn about the carrier’s claims process before opening the package (or at least take lots of pictures of the package, including the shipping label, before opening further) to be sure you comply with their claims requirements.
