Order Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Lighthouse Creations reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to the state of Virginia will be charged 5.3% sales tax.

Shipping

Lighthouse Creations ships to all 50 states in the U.S. We do not ship internationally. Please allow 5-7 days for order processing. Please allow 2-7 days for shipping. Lighthouse Creations has no control over the actual shipping time or process.

Lighthouse Creations hand blends all products in small batches to maximize freshness. Orders are processed as they are received. Sometimes that results in a product becoming out of stock after your order has been accepted but before it can be processed. We will inform you of any products that you have ordered that are out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped.

Typographical Errors: In the event that a price or other listed charge is incorrect due to a typographical error, Lighthouse Creations will make the correction as soon as it is identified, and the corrected cost will be used for order billing. If the credit card has already been charged, customer agrees that Lighthouse Creations may bill any additional charge separately. Lighthouse Creations agrees to credit any overcharges immediately.

Third Party Pricing Errors: In the event that a price or other charge is listed incorrectly or not updated according to applicable web site information, prices will default to those listed on this web site.
