Brown sugar, apple, raisin & rum flavors. The perfect Halloween treat as Apple Rum Raisin ice cream (pictured). Indescribably good!
We added raisins to our Apple Rum Raisin ice cream at the soft serve stage to reinforce the raisin flavor in the ice cream. To serve it, we drizzled it with caramel sundae sauce (as pictured here). Freeze it and use it as a filling to stuff oatmeal raisin cookies for an "ice cream" sandwich. See the RECIPES page for ice cream and “ice cream” sandwich directions.
Make it as a mousse and use it to fill cannoli for a quick, easy Halloween party dessert.
