A New Orleans original flavor combination:  bananas, brown sugar, cinnamon and rum.  With our Bananas Foster Mousse mix you'll feel like you're in New Orleans.   It's terrific as a frosting for spice cake (pictured), and a perfect dessert for casual summer parties or pot luck.  As long as you’re outside grilling, throw on some pineapple rings and heat just until they have grill marks.  Cool and serve with the mousse as topping (pictured) for a delicious, original summer dessert.
