Our Bombay Vegetarian Dip Mix made with a little touch of Northern India, fused with a South American chili, makes for an excellent seasoning change of pace for Thanksgiving side dishes.  Sprinkle on chopped fresh vegetables like beets (pictured) or sweet potatoes, toss with oil and roast at 350° for about a half hour, or until veggies are crisp on the outside.  This Thanksgiving side recipe couldn’t be easier.
