This is made with our Garlic Blue Cheese dip mix.  It becomes the Buffalo version when you reduce the mayo and add Frank’s Hot Sauce, so you can make it as spicy as you like, or not very spicy at all.  It’s thick and cream, so it needs sturdy chips (pictured) or celery sticks to dip, or to be spread on crackers.  Add shredded chicken if you like.  It makes a beautiful cheese ball rolled in shredded celery leaves.  The spicy flavors go particularly great with hoppy ales, but it’s also tasty with a slightly sweet wine and most cocktails.  Add to that, this dip is quick and easy to make, and you have the perfect appetizer New Year’s party guests will love.

See the BUFFALO GARLIC BLUE CHEESE main product page for more ways to serve this dip.
