You add an onion, chicken or fish and crumbled bacon. It's ready in less than 30 minutes. Use chicken (pictured) or any cooked white fish for the family. The Caribbean flavors in this soup are completely different from our other Caribbean heritage soup, and the Caribbean spices make it unlike any other chowder you’ve had. But this spicy chowder is delicious, and addictive, however you prepare it.
TIP: Shorten preparation time to under 15 minutes by using purchased cooked bacon crumbles and canned chicken or crab.
