Like many Moroccan flavor combinations with cinnamon, cumin and cayenne, our Casablanca Dip Mix works particularly well in combination with meat and fruit. Mixed just with apple butter, you have an incredible dipping sauce for chunks of cooked pork (pictured), or a lovely glaze for chicken or pork loin (pictured).
For an easy, sophisticated canapé, put slices of warm or cold pork loin on baguette slices and dollop with the apple butter mixture (pictured). Serve extra sauce on the side.
