Our Chipotle Salsa Mix offers the wonderfully smoky taste of roasted jalapenos.  This is our most versatile salsa.  We use this mix with vegetable combinations like black beans, corn & avocados, as well as fruits like peaches, apples and cranberries.  We often add rum or tequila because both beautifully compliment the chipotle chili’s taste.

Fire Roasted Corn Salsa is pictured.  It’s our newest preparation.  It uses fire roasted corn with red and green peppers, avocados, red onions and a splash of tequila.   TIP:  use canned or frozen fire roasted corn & peppers to make the preparation even easier.

Chipotle Black Bean & Corn Salsa is also pictured.  We include tomatoes, and a little tequila too.

These salsas are quick, easy and make delicious Christmas party appetizers.

Fruit gives that wonderful sweet/hot combination, and with tortilla chips, you add the magic salty taste.  They’re delicious and add a whole new taste dimension used as relishes with chicken, pork and fish.  We include either green or red onions when we prepare all these versions; they provide a nice savory counterpoint to the sweetness of the fruits or vegetables.  The rum or tequila add yet another layer of flavor and nicely compliment the other flavors.  Whatever the version, they work very well with most seasonal ales, wine and cocktails.  They’re all delicious, easy and original, unlike any bottled salsa.

Cranberry Salsa:  When cranberries are in season, we use them for the really delightfully different flavor profile of Chipotle Cranberry Salsa (pictured).  See SALSA RECIPES for directions for Cranberry Salsa.  Tis the season for this amazing Christmas appetizer.

Peach Salsa:  We use it to make Chipotle Peach Salsa (pictured).  No tomatoes, just fresh, frozen or canned peaches (depending on what’s on hand) and some chopped onions.  We also add a bit of rum because it complements both the chipotle and peaches perfectly.

Relish:  The salsas made with fruits are great for a sweet/hot/salty rush with tortilla chips.  But they are also great to use as relishes.  The smoky taste of chipotle combined with fruit changes the everyday taste of pork, chicken & turkey to something really extraordinary! Chipotle Cranberry Salsa pictured as relish with roasted pork loin.

Ice Cream Topping:  For the real chili heads, leave out the onions and try the peach salsa as an ice cream topping (pictured with vanilla ice cream).  It's mind blowing good!
