Our Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse Mix, made with Ghiradelli® chocolate and the rich flavor of hazelnuts, is so smooth it melts in your mouth. It’s used here as the base for Chocolate Hazelnut Rocky Road Mousse Pie. Made as directed, our mousse is not firm enough to cut into slices. It was frozen and thawed about 10 minutes after cutting before being served. This is sometimes called a “freezer pie” or “no-bake cheesecake.” Whatever you call it, it makes a wonderful dessert for your 4th of July party or a pot luck dessert.
