Dill with garlic and lemon combine to perfectly compliment salmon in our Dilled For Salmon Dip Mix. You add the salmon (grilled, poached, smoked, baked and canned all work) to mayonnaise and cream cheese.
It’s mouth- watering as a spread using smoked salmon. Substitute smoked trout, blue or white fish for a whole new experience. Dilled Salmon Canapès are pictured (recipe: 1/4 pound hot smoked salmon mixed into dip, spread on cocktail rye slices, garnished with a sprig of dill) and served with white wine as a Hanukkah appetizer.
For a quick and easy Hanukkah appetizer, serve dip in a bowl and allow guests to serve themselves on crackers (pictured).
It’s very nice as a dressing for pasta or potato salad, with or without fish (shown as Dilled Tuna Macaroni Salad).
Dip leftovers are great spread on bagels.
It makes a delicious addition to your Hanukkah menu any way it's served.
