Dill with garlic and lemon combine to perfectly compliment salmon in our Dill Lover’s Dip Mix for Salmon.  You add the salmon (grilled, poached, smoked, baked and canned all work mixed in).  Delicious spread on cocktail pumpernickel or rye bread with a slice of lox on top (pictured).  Garnish with dill sprigs if desired. 

Dry white wines and Lemon Drop martinis are delicious with this flavor profile.  Yes, this is a bit fancy for a July 4th cookout, but not for sitting on the balcony watching fireworks. 

For a cookout, mix the salmon into the dip (pictured) and serve with a dry white wine or most any summer ale.


Salad Dressing:  Use this with just mayo for Dilled Dressing.  Pictured as a dressing for Dilled Tuna Macaroni Salad, a truly tasty addition to your July 4th menu.
