Dill and salmon, is one of Ireland's most well- known signature flavor combinations.  Here dill with garlic and lemon combine to perfectly compliment salmon in our Dill Lovers Dip Mix for Salmon.  You add the salmon (grilled, poached, smoked, baked and canned all work).  Use it with smoked salmon mixed in and spread on cocktail rye, garnished with sprigs of dill (pictured) as a delightful St Patrick’s party appetizer. 

Or kick it up a bit.  Instead of mixing in the salmon, spread prepared mix on cocktail pumpernickel or rye and top with slices of lox, garnished with a dill sprig for Dilled Salmon Canapés (pictured)
