Our Irish Cream Mousse Mix tastes just like its namesake, but non-alcoholic.  It’s just luscious.   Serve in a martini glass garnished with green sprinkles or sugar crystals (pictured) for a quick, delicious St. Patrick’s Day dessert.

Or use to make Irish Cream Bread Pudding.  Add chocolate and mint chips for texture (pictured).  Serve warm or at room temperature.  Accompany with a wee glass of Irish Cream liquor to round out the St. Pat’s Day celebration.

For easy St. Patrick’s Day entertaining, pile the mousse into an Oreo® crust and freeze for Irish Cream Mousse Pie (pictured)  Tip: let pie pieces "rest" for 10-15 minutes after cutting, then drizzle cut pieces with chocolate syrup for a restaurant quality presentation.
