Our prepared Irish Cream Mousse Mix tastes just like its namesake, but non-alcoholic even smoother.  Pile it into a chocolate cookie pie shell and freeze.  When you’re ready to serve it, cut it while frozen, then let pieces rest at room temperature for about 15 minutes to thaw.  Garnish with a drizzle of chocolate sauce or chocolate curls.  Serve it on red or pink plates for Valentine’s Day.  It’s beautiful, and dreamy - the perfect ending for a romantic Valentine’s dinner.

Note:  Make with reduced fat cream cheese and Lite Cool Whip® for light and fluffy mousse texture

Makes about 1-1/2 quarts.  Serves 6-8, or will fill graham cracker crust for "freezer pie/no-bake cheesecake."
