Chip Dip: Jamaican Orange Dip is a lovely and unusual dip served with potato chips and veggies (pictured), or plantain chips to continue the Jamaican theme.
Dipping Sauce: Roast Pork Tenderloin Slices with Jamaican Orange Dipping Sauce (pictured) is a unique and show stopping flavor combination.
Canapés: For a sophisticated appetizer, place slices of pork tenderloin on baguette slices, dollop with prepared dip mix and top with a mint leaf (pictured). Kick these Jamaican Orange Pork Canapés up a notch with Cosmos or mojitos garnished with orange slices to carry out the orange theme. TIP: For orange mojitos, substitute orange seltzer water for lime and garnish with an orange slice.
Meatball Glaze: The recipe is really easy.
