Our Jamaican Orange Dip Mix is a delightful evolution of jerk seasoning with just a taste of orange. It’s delightful as a dip for crackers, but with its layers and layers of flavor, it’s amazing as a dipping sauce for roasted pork loin (pictured).  For a more sophisticated canapé, place slices of pork tenderloin on baguette slices, dollop with prepared dip mix and top with a mint leaf (pictured).

Combine mix with a can of cranberry sauce, a bottle of chili sauce and cranberry juice or wine, to make a killer glaze for hot cocktail meatballs (pictured).  Meatballs are a guy favorite, and with this cranberry/Jamaican Orange sauce, they'll fight over the last one and beg for more!  They’re perfect for all your New Year entertaining.

Makes about 2 cups.
