Our Jamaican Orange Dip Mix is a delightful evolution of jerk seasoning.  With just a taste of orange, this mix has layers of layers of flavor.  Try Crab Balls (pictured) made with our Jamaican Orange Dip Mix, cream cheese, crab & green onions, and rolled in cracker crumbs.  See the APPETIZER RECIPES page for directions.  These little bites will be a big hit as a Thanksgiving appetizer.

Combine mix with a can of cranberry sauce, a bottle of chili sauce and a splash of cranberry juice or wine, to make a killer glaze for hot cocktail meatballs (pictured).  This makes enough glaze for about 2 pounds of meatballs.  Use all 2 pounds, guys love them and they’re perfect for Thanksgiving football snacking all weekend.
