Cannoli Filling: Use this mousse as a filling for Kahlua Chocolate Cream Puffs (a French/Mexican fusion), or filling for Kahlua Chocolate Cannoli, an Italian/Mexican fusion (min cannoli pictured). It's delicious in both and works for either casual or formal summer party desserts.
TIP: Prepared cream puff and regular or mini size cannoli shells can be purchased online, at specialty food stores and at some grocery stores, including Wegmans.
