Dip: Make Lemon Pesto Dip with mayonnaise and sour cream and scoop the dip up with chips, veggies or fried raviolis (pictured); make it with mayo and cream cheese to spread on crackers (pictured) or sliced veggies (cucumbers, yellow and green squash are delicious with these flavors).
Makes about 4 soup servings or about 2 cups of dip or dressing (2-3 pounds of potato salad).
