India meets No. California in this lovely vinaigrette seasoning that works as a marinade, salad dressing or dipping sauce.  Mild flavors from India with just a touch of heat.  Unlike anything you've ever tasted in a dressing, but completely irresistible!

Our Madras Dressing Mix is our Madras Dip Mix used as the seasoning for a vinaigrette dressing.  It's shown as the dressing for an orzo pasta salad, essentially creating an Indian, California and Mediterranean fusion.  The salad shown includes sliced marinated artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, and green onions (goat cheese is a nice addition).  Warm from the Indian flavors, cooled by the fresh ingredients.  This dish pairs well with wine and most seasonal ales.    See SALAD RECIPES for Mediterranean Orzo Pasta Salad recipe.

Main Dish Recipe:  Add flaked tuna or diced chicken (pictured) for a main dish salad to serve as part of a buffet at parties or with any casual meal.  It will be a big hit!  Pictured using chicken and small pasta shells.


Green Salad Vinaigrette Dressing:  Madras Vinaigrette is also lovely on a simple green salad and your favorite mixed green salads. 

Marinade and Dipping Sauce:  This vinaigrette makes a deliciously different marinade for chicken, fish or pork.  It's also refreshing used as a dipping sauce for cooked chicken (pictured), fish or meat.
