Our Madras Dressing Mix is our Madras Dip Mix used as the seasoning for a vinaigrette dressing. It's shown as the dressing for an orzo pasta salad, essentially creating an Indian, California and Mediterranean fusion. The salad shown includes sliced marinated artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, and green onions (goat cheese is a nice addition). Warm from the Indian flavors, cooled by the fresh ingredients. This dish pairs well with wine and most seasonal ales. Add diced chicken for a main dish salad to serve Madras Pasta Salad as part of a buffet at Christmas parties (pictured) or side dish with any meal. It will be a big hit!
