The salad shown includes sliced marinated artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, and green onions (tangy crumbled goat cheese is a nice addition). Warm from the Indian flavors, cooled by the fresh ingredients. Take advantage of Thanksgiving leftovers; add diced leftover turkey for a main dish salad.
