Our Madras Dip Mix is a fusion of East Indian and Northern California flavors. Used to season roasted vegetables, it brings a delightful new flavor to Thanksgiving side dishes. Recipe: Sprinkle mix on chopped veggies, drizzle with oil and roast at 350° for about 30 minutes. Madras Roasted Mixed Veggies pictured include beets, sweet potatoes and mushrooms. All compliment turkey beautifully.
