Traditional Preparation: Serve it in the traditional presentation, as stew over couscous in the Moroccan style and with chicken thighs cooked in the soup broth (pictured). Use 6 thighs to serve 6. Boneless thighs are suggested (they’re easier to cut and eat).
Traditional Presentation for Large Crowd: Add beef short ribs and lamb chops for a truly scrumptious dish when company comes. Serves 8 or more with 1 short rip and 1 lamp chop per person.
