Authentic, exotic, spicy, but not hot.  Experience a wonderful combination of North African seasonings in this flavorful stew with our Moroccan Chicken Soup Mix.  The mix includes green beans and raisins; just add an onion and cooked chicken for soup.  Use this mix for a quick family soup dinner.  With canned chicken (pictured), it’s ready in less than 15 minutes.  Use 3 cans of chicken for 6 meal servings.


Tailgating:  This is a great, unique soup to serve at fall parties or tailgating.  Serve in snack cups (pictured) for easy clean up.  Serves 12-16.

Traditional Preparation:  Serve it in the traditional presentation, as stew over couscous in the Moroccan style and with chicken thighs cooked in the soup broth (pictured).  Use 6 thighs to serve 6.  Boneless thighs are suggested (they’re easier to cut and eat).

Traditional Presentation for Large Crowd:   Add beef short ribs and lamb chops for a truly scrumptious dish when company comes.  Serves 8 or more with 1 short rip and 1 lamp chop per person.
