A fusion of a West African spice blend (almost 20 spices) and Mediterranean pepper, this zesty mix is unlike any other dip mix.   And it's our most versatile mix too.  Queen of Sheba Dip Mix has layers of warm African flavor and a bit of a bite at the end.  Use with mayonnaise and sour cream for a unique dip for potato chips (pictured) or fresh veggies.  It’s delicious, and no one will have anything like for a fall appetizer.  Mixed with just mayonnaise, it makes a mouth-watering medium spicy dressing for sandwich fillings or sandwich spreads.

MORE DELICIOUS WAYS TO USE THIS MIX FOR EASY ENTERTAINING:

Hummus Seasoning:  Use with garbanzo beans for the truly tasty Queen of Sheba Hummus (pictured).   Veggies pictured with Black Eyed Pea Hummus make a completely gluten free dish.  Either way it is a perfect vegetarian fall appetizer.  See RECIPES for hummus directions.

Spicy Ketchup:  Mix with 2 cups of ketchup for Queen of Sheba Ketchup.  This is ketchup for Adults, not just for fries (although they will probably be the best fries you’ve ever tasted with this dipping sauce).

Glaze:  Use it to glaze Queen of Sheba Glazed Meatballs (pictured) - make lots, the guys will eat them up!   Mix it into meatloaf and use it as a glaze (pictured as meatloaf cupcakes – easy to eat in a party environment).  You won’t believe just how good this Queen of Sheba Meatloaf is.  Both are real “guy foods” and terrific fall party appetizers.
Cocktail Sauce:  Also great as a really original cocktail sauce for shrimp or crab.  Queen of Sheba Shrimp Cocktail pictured.  This appetizer tells your guests you really appreciate them.
Baked Bean Seasoning:  Use in your favorite baked bean recipe.  In the picture, we used un-drained canned navy beans with some bacon crumbles thrown in.  We baked them at 350° until they were thick and bubbly.  They’re unlike any baked beans you’ve ever had, and just delicious. See QUEEN OF SHEBA KETCHUP for info on how to prepare the ketchup.  These are great for fall or tailgating buffets.

Vinaigrette Seasoning

Salad Dressing:  Use it to season vinaigrette dressing for unparalleled Queen of Sheba Black Eye Pea Salad (pictured).  It is particularly good as a side dish for ham.
Marinade and Dipping Sauce:  This vinaigrette is versatile enough to also be a marinade and dipping sauce for shrimp (Shrimp & Melon Canapés pictured) or chicken.  This makes a quick, easy party appetizer.  See RECIPES for directions for vinaigrette.
