This is our Queen of Sheba dip mix doing double duty in this African and Mediterranean fusion that takes vinaigrettes to a whole new level.  Earthy, zesty, it's unlike anything you've ever had before in a salad dressing.  It’s also amazing as a marinade & dipping sauce.  Cold grilled chicken that was marinated in the vinaigrette is pictured with more marinade for dipping.  This versatile dip mix can be combined with ketchup for another incredible dipping sauce.  This spicy version is also included in the picture.  Although the flavor profiles are similar, the results are delightfully different, and completely original.  Your New Year’s Eve party guests will praise your culinary genius.

See RECIPES for directions for vinaigrette.  See QUEEN KETCHUP for more ways to surprise and please your New Year’s guests.

The vinaigrette makes a delicious dressing for black eye pea salad, which is great by itself, or as a side dish for baked ham (both pictured).  Both will really kick up your New Year’s Day game day buffet.

The mix can also be mixed with mayo for a unique dressing for sandwich spreads.  Any way you use it for New Year’s entertaining, it's a crowd pleaser!
