The fresh taste of our Raspberry Lemon mousse is a perfect way to end any meal.  Light and silky too.  For a Christmas party dessert that's quick, easy and fun, serve French Toast Sticks with Raspberry Lemon Mousse for dipping (pictured), or dollop on waffle bites.  These are also very nice desserts for a Christmas or New Year’s day  brunch buffet.

Trifle:  Raspberry Lemon trifle is beautiful with crumbled cookies or pound cake, Raspberry Lemon mousse, a layer of raspberries and whipped cream, garnished with a single fresh raspberry (pictured).   This is Christmas entertaining made easy!

Cannoli Filling:  With their light crisp shells and delightful lemon flavored filling, cannoli are favorite treats for Italian families.  We've expanded that traditional flavor profile by using our mousse as the filling in Raspberry Lemon Cannoli.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar to garnish if desired.  Start your own tradition with this Christmas dessert.  TIP: Prepared regular or mini size cannoli shells can be purchased online, at specialty food stores and at some grocery stores, including Wegmans®.  They're delicious, and make this dessert exceptionally easy.  TIP:  See the READY MADE page for where to purchase ready-to-use cream puff or cannoli shells and crepés.

Small Plates:  Raspberry Lemon Shooters made with layers of lemon pound cake and our raspberry lemon mousse, topped with a fresh raspberry are pictured.  They're fresh, light and silky. Who could resist these delicious little bites for Christmas dessert.

Quick and Casual:  Double the lemon splash with Raspberry Lemon Mousse Topped Lemon Pound Cake (pictured). Kick that up a notch by grilling the pound cake slices just until they are toasty on the outside before topping with the mousse.

Easy and Elegant:  Serve your Raspberry Lemon Mousse in a wine or daiquiri glass (pictured), topped with whipped cream, a fresh raspberry and sprig of mint for a truly beautiful holiday dessert.  Serve instead of sorbet at a formal meal to cleanse the pallet between courses.

Any way you serve it, this flavor combination tastes delicately light, and at the same time, deliciously rich - a truly winning combination for easy holiday entertaining!

Note:  Make with reduced fat cream cheese and Lite Cool Whip® for light and fluffy mousse texture
