Rub for Meat, Chicken & Fish: Brush oil on meat. Sprinkle mix liberally and massage in if desired. Roast, bake, grill, fry or sautè as usual. Roasted Rio Grande Pork Loin is a popular main dish for Christmas dinner parties. These flavors also nicely compliment salmon, baked or grilled.
Glaze for Meat & Chicken: The prepared dip forms a delicate glaze on as it heats. For baking, spread dip on top of meat and bake as usual. For grilling, turn meat only once; spread dip on top of meat for last half of grilling.
Vegetarian Dips: Season any mashed vegetable and turn it into a vegetarian dip. Rio Grande Yam Dip is pictured served with spicy flavored baked pita chips.
