Rub for Meat, Chicken & Fish: Brush oil on meat. Sprinkle mix liberally and massage in if desired. Roast, bake, grill, fry or sautè as usual. Roasted Rio Grande Pork Loin is a popular main dish for Christmas dinner parties. These flavors also nicely compliment salmon, baked or grilled.
Glaze for Meat & Chicken: The prepared dip forms a delicate glaze on as it heats. For baking, spread dip on top of meat and bake as usual. For grilling, turn meat only once; spread dip on top of meat for last half of grilling.
Vegetarian Dips: Season any mashed vegetable and turn it into a vegetarian dip. Rio Grande Yam Dip is pictured served with spicy flavored baked pita chips. Also pictured is Rio Grande Refried Black Bean Dip. So good only your vegetarian friends will realize it’s vegetarian.
