Rub for Meat, Chicken & Fish: Brush oil on meat. Sprinkle mix liberally and massage in if desired. Roast, bake, grill, fry or sauté as usual. Roasted Rio Grande Pork Loin is a popular main dish for fall dinner parties. These flavors also nicely compliment baked or grilled salmon.
Glaze for Meat & Chicken: The prepared dip forms a delicate glaze as it heats. For baking, spread dip on top of meat and bake as usual. For grilling, turn meat only once; spread dip on top of meat for last half of grilling.
Vegetarian Dips: Season any mashed vegetable and turn it into a fall vegetarian dip. Rio Grande Yam Dip is pictured served with spicy flavored baked pita chips.
