Cannoli Filling: Use it to fill cannoli, regular or mini size for Spiked Eggnog Cannoli. Dip ends in chopped cranberries/Craisins® (pictured) and dust with powdered sugar, or drizzle with rum sauce (rum and powdered sugar) to garnish. Dress this dessert up or down with your choice of fall serving plates. Or just serve on a platter with fall napkins. Cannoli may be the original dessert “finger food,” so they’re great for parties. TIP: Prepared regular or mini size cannoli shells can be purchased online, at specialty food stores and at some grocery stores, including Wegmans®.
